Check Future Rankings for your website

Since I've been on the topic of search engine optimization as it pertains to building your website, I thought I'd pass along a little tip about checking "future" rankings of your website. How do you do that?
There are very few ways to do it. I'm unfamiliar with a method for Yahoo or MSN. Frankly, the SEO universe probably doesn't even care about those two in the regards to future rankings.
But for Google, ahhh...that is another story!
Here is a great website for checking future rankings by keyword phrase.
You input your keyword phrase, select which of the Google datacenters you want to check and boom - up comes a listing in framed windows inside your browser.
It's not particulary hard to find other websites that will do Google datacenter checks of keyword phrases. Just do a search for that phrase and you'll find several options.
